You get to select either 5, 7, or 10 items iconic to Baltimore that will be included in your box. We also have several premium box options that allow you to add an extra special item to your Baltimore box such as: Maryland Crab Cakes (yes we said Maryland Crab Cakes!) or Route One Apparel! No. We cannot ship any alcohol. We can however include gear such as: hats, koozies, key chains, t-shirts, etc. from companies such as Union Brewing, and others.

Yes! At the time you order your box, you will be able to select from the Baltimore items on our Build a Box page. If you want to make suggestions of items for future Baltimore boxes you can do so using the form below.

Shipping is FREE for all Baltimore Boxes except for the Jimmy’s Seafood Box and the Baltimore Monopoly Box.

Once we receive your order, it will take between 24-72 business hours to ship it unless we are in our Holiday Season, then it could take longer. We ship most all orders via USPS or UPS Two Day Air. The only instances we can’t ship via UPS is if the box is being shipped to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, an International address, or a Military APO/FPO/DPO address. We also would have to ship USPS if you ordered a single t-shirt as that would need to be shipped via USPS first class mail.

Yes we do! At checkout you can select overnight shipping for a flat fee of $50. This is only for orders being sent to anywhere in the USA. We make NO GUARANTEES that the order will arrive the next day.

Yes! When placing your order you will be allowed to select a later delivery date for your box to arrive on. We make no guarantees that your box will arrive on that specified date but will do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on or just before the delivery date you want provided you place your order far enough in advance!

Yes! We offer FREE shipping to military APO / FPO addresses! Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page so you will be awarded free shipping.

At this time we have disabled our International shipping option as it has become too costly and requires the recipient in a lot of cases to have to pay additional fees to receive their package which is outside of our control.

Once we hand the box off to either UPS or USPS the outcome is very much out of our control. If UPS or USPS failed to deliver the box, we cannot offer a refund. We can’t contact UPS or USPS to make changes to the delivery address of your order or find out where the package is during shipment. We rely on the information that is provided to us via the tracking numbers.

If the tracking states the box was “DELIVERED” and the recipient still did not receive their box we CANNOT offer any refund or send out a replacement box. If we were not provided the correct address and the box was delivered to the wrong address (or returned to us) we CANNOT offer any refund or send out a replacement box.

If we receive the box returned to us and you would like us to reship the box there will be an added fee for reshipment to cover a replacement box, replacement of any damaged or spoiled items, and new postage. The reshipment fee will be determined on a case by case basis.
